De configuratie duurt minder dan 60 seconden met AutoSPF SPF-basisbeginselen ## Wat is een SPF-record? Een SPF-record (Sender Policy Framework) is een DNS TXT-record dat aangeeft welke mailservers zijn geautoriseerd om e-mails namens uw domein te versturen. Wanneer een ontvangende server een e-mail binnenkrijgt, controleert deze het SPF-record om te verifiëren of het IP-adres van de afzender op de goedgekeurde lijst staat. Zie uw SPF-record als een uitsmijter bij de ingang van een privéclub. Alleen servers op de gastenlijst mogen e-mails vanaf uw domein versturen. Implementatie ## 7 stappen om uw SPF-record te maken 1 ### Bepaal uw domein Bepaal de domeinnaam die verschijnt in de e-mails die u verstuurt (bijv. mijnbedrijf.com). Zorg ervoor dat u het SPF-record voor het juiste domein aanmaakt om problemen met e-mailaflevering te voorkomen. 2 ### Breng geautoriseerde IP-adressen en servers in kaart Stel een lijst samen van alle IP-adressen, hostnamen en externe diensten (zoals Google Workspace, Mailchimp of uw hostingprovider) die e-mails namens uw domein mogen versturen. 3 ### Stel uw SPF-record op Bouw de tekst van uw SPF-record op, beginnend met "v=spf1", gevolgd door de mechanismen die bepalen welke IP-adressen zijn toegestaan. Bijvoorbeeld: v=spf1 ip4:192.0.2.0 include:\_spf.google.com -all 4 ### Open uw DNS-beheerconsole Log in bij uw domeinregistrar of hostingprovider (bijv. GoDaddy, Cloudflare) en ga naar de pagina DNS-beheer of Zone File-instellingen waar u TXT-records kunt wijzigen. 5 ### Voeg het SPF TXT-record toe aan DNS Maak een nieuw TXT-record aan met "@" in het hostveld (voor het hoofddomein) en plak de opgemaakte tekst van uw SPF-record in het waardeveld. Controleer nogmaals op typefouten voordat u opslaat. 6 ### Sla op en wacht op propagatie Sla uw wijzigingen op. DNS-wijzigingen kunnen enkele minuten tot 48 uur duren voordat ze wereldwijd over alle netwerken zijn gepropageerd. 7 ### Controleer uw SPF-record Gebruik tools zoals MxToolbox, Kitterman SPF of de SPF Record Checker van AutoSPF om te bevestigen dat uw SPF-record correct is geconfigureerd. Verstuur test-e-mails naar externe accounts om te controleren of ze in de inbox aankomen.
