# SPF PermError en TempError oplossen

Een praktische doe-het-zelfgids voor het diagnosticeren en oplossen van de meest voorkomende SPF-recordfouten - van syntaxisproblemen tot DNS lookup-limieten.

## SPF PermError (permanente fout)

Een PermError treedt op wanneer er een fundamenteel probleem is met uw SPF-record dat verhindert dat ontvangende servers het kunnen evalueren. Het record wordt als ongeldig beschouwd en e-mailproviders zoals Gmail en Outlook kunnen niet verifiëren of een afzender is geautoriseerd. Een veelvoorkomende oorzaak is [SPF te veel DNS lookups](/nl/spf-te-veel-dns-lookups/), waardoor het record de limiet van 10 queries overschrijdt.

Veelvoorkomende oorzaken:

- \- Meerdere SPF-records voor één domein
- \- Syntaxisfouten (typefouten, opmaak)
- \- Overschrijden van de limiet van 10 DNS lookups
- \- Overschrijden van de void lookup-limiet
- \- Overschrijden van de lengte van 255 tekens

## SPF TempError (tijdelijke fout)

Een TempError is een tijdelijk probleem - meestal een DNS-time-out of een tijdelijk serverprobleem. Deze lossen zich doorgaans vanzelf op zonder ingrijpen. Als ze aanhouden, biedt onze gids over [SPF-validatie oplossen](/nl/spf-validatie-mislukt-oplossen/) de oplossingen.

Wat te doen:

- \- Wacht een paar uur - de meeste lossen zich automatisch op
- \- Als slechts één mailbox het meldt, is het waarschijnlijk een probleem aan ontvangerszijde
- \- Als meerdere mailboxen het melden, controleer dan uw DNS-provider
- \- Bewaak de logboeken van uw mailserver op patronen

## SPF Fail versus SPF PermError - wat is het verschil?

### SPF Fail

Het SPF-record is succesvol geëvalueerd, maar het verzendende IP-adres is **niet geautoriseerd** om e-mails voor dat domein te verzenden. Het record werkt; de afzender staat alleen niet op de lijst. ### SPF PermError

Het SPF-record zelf is **kapot of ongeldig**. De ontvangende server kan niet eens evalueren of de afzender is geautoriseerd, omdat het record fundamentele problemen heeft. ## Stap voor stap: SPF PermError oplossen

1 

### Controleer uw SPF-record op fouten

Laat uw domein door een SPF-controletool zoals Kitterman SPF of AutoSPF's SPF Record Checker lopen om bestaande problemen op te sporen.

### Los meerdere SPF-records op

Voeg alle SPF-records samen tot één. Neem slechts één "a"-mechanisme en één "mx"-mechanisme op, combineer alle "include"-verklaringen en zorg ervoor dat het record eindigt met een enkele qualifier (-all, \~all of ?all).

### Los syntaxisproblemen op

Controleer op extra spaties, spelfouten, hoofdletters, extra streepjes vóór qualifiers en komma's tussen mechanismen, en zorg ervoor dat het record begint met v=spf1.

### Blijf binnen de DNS lookup-limiet

Verwijder onnodige "include"-verklaringen, elimineer het "ptr"-mechanisme, verwijder ongeldige of ongebruikte domeinverwijzingen en overweeg SPF flattening met AutoSPF.

### Los void lookup-fouten op

Verwijder alle "include"-mechanismen die verwijzen naar ongeldige, vervalste of niet-bestaande domeinen. Zorg ervoor dat alle waarnaar verwezen IP-adressen en mailservers actief en geldig zijn.

### Verifieer en bewaak

Verifieer na het aanbrengen van wijzigingen uw SPF-record met een SPF-checkertool. Stuur test-e-mails naar externe accounts en bewaak de logboeken van uw mailserver op aanhoudende problemen.
